W. Spencer Crooks

~ Inducted 1987

Mr. Crooks was an accompished watercolor artists from Pawtucket whose works have been exhibited throughout the world.  He was apopular teacher and lecture-demonstration expert on watercolor painting across New England.  He was a  major contributor to internationally recognized workshop seminars conducted not only in the United States, but in several foreign countries, including his native Ireland.  He is listed in 'Who's Who in American Art', and is the recipient of several prestigious awards in his field.
