President, Hibernian Research Services, 2000 to present. A genealogical research service.

Eastern Regional Member Services Director, Reserve Officers Association, September 2006 to December 2013 - communicated with major Reserve/Guard component commands to arrange appearances at major conferences to inform on latest legislative initiatives that affect the outcome of the U.S. National Defense Authorization Act and ROA's role in influencing those outcomes.

Manager, Field Operations, Providence Office, U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of the Census, August 1999/September 2000 - supervised an office staff of eighteen in the planning and execution of programs developed to ensure a complete count of residents in Rhode Island during Census 2000 operations. Hired, trained and monitored intermediate supervisors responsible for over 950 individual enumerators in the field.

Deputy Director, Rhode Island Judicial Systems, Rhode Island Supreme Court, Aug. 1971 to May 1998 (retired). Provided assistance to State Court Administrator and Chief Justice in planning and managing various justice system programs and projects to improve the administration of Justice in Rhode Island.

Community Service: Continue to work closely with leaders of the Rhode Island General Assembly and our U.S. Congressional Delegation on issues of concern and benefit to Rhode Island’s military community and their families.

U.S. Army Reserve Ambassador for RI (2 star protocol) from 2000 through 2013, appointed by Chief of Army Reserve. Served on its Advisory Committee.

Past member of the Rhode Island Committee, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. Served as State Military Liaison Coordinator.


Grand Officier, St. David Priory of NE, Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem, serve in the governing position of PriorChancellor and have been awarded the SMOTJ Meritorious, Commendation and Achievement Medals and the Pilgrim Medal upon visiting the Holy Land in 2012.
